The Brennan Coffee House (BCH) is presented on the third Friday of each month in the magnificent rotunda of the Hudson County Justice William Brennan Court House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
BCH's mission is to present the finest international and local folk and acoustic performers at popular prices in an accessible, relaxed café setting.
BCH's inaugural performance was October 15, 2004, with Jane Kelly Williams, and Barbara Beeman and Bill Bannon. Since that first concert BCH has been proud to present some of the most outstanding talents performing today, including:
Chuck Brodsky; Lui Collins; Dave's True Story Nadine Goellner; Kim & Reggie Harris; Priscilla Herdman; Kate Jacobs; Carol Lester; Terence Martin; Bob Malone; Joe McKay; Tris McCall; Gene D. Plumber; Chuck Pyle; Chrissy Roberts; David Roth; Rhonda Schuster; Ellen Woloshin; and Diane Ziegler.
An Open Mic session concludes each concert. The BCH is produced by the Hudson County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs/Tourism Development.
